Mobile Solution of the Planon Group for Professional Field Services related activities.
Planon group’s Mobile Field Services Solutions are aimed to meet field services challenges by rapidly and securely providing your field service team with solutions they can use on any mobile device type and version.
It is seamlessly linked to the two major software platforms as provided by the Planon Group:
Planon Accelerator and SamFM.
In the Planon Group extensive back-office solutions, work is planned, allocated, monitored and administratively handled.
In combination with Planon Accelerator’s ProCenter, the solution is called ‘Planon Mobile Field Services’. In combination with SamFM, it is known as Smart’Sam.
Being targeted at maintenance and other type of field services, it allows for working in both online and offline modes.
Its capabilities allow for it to be used in building asset management, reactive maintenance, plannned preventive maintenance, condition assessments, capturing of meter readings, surveys and inspections as well as materials- and stock management.
This solution is offered in combination with a secure cloud service that enables fast implementation and distribution, and maximises scalability in use.
